  • The typing center staff will enter your details and submit the application.
  • You will need to pay a service fee of AED 219.75 (inclusive of VAT).
  • Once processed, your Ejari certificate will be issued on the spot.

Ejari registration comes with a fee. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Online fees: AED 155 + VAT, AED 10 Knowledge fee, AED 10 Innovation fee.
  • Offline fees: AED 219.75 including VAT.

Cancellation Process:

  • If your tenancy contract is terminated early or you move out, you will need to cancel the Ejari registration.
